Clinton City Council has a busy agenda for their December meeting this evening. A presentation of the audit for fiscal year 2012-2013 tops the list. Council is to also vote on the sale of timber on Asten Road and Highway 308. Council is to also consider a revision of the employee personnel manual and a resolution adopting a cafeterial plan in regards the employee benefits. There are five items for discussion during executive council session this evening. There is a Personnel Matter regarding the Department of Public Works, then two issues regarding the office of City Manager, discussion on a contractual matter regarding Project Opportunity, another contractual matter regarding a development project along Interstate 26 and a Contractual matter regarding property in the Lydia Mill subdivision.
The Clinton City Council meeting is to begin at 6pm in council chambers of the M.S. Bailey Municipal Building.
The Laurens County Airport Commission also holds its December meeting this evening. The meeting begins at 7 pm at the Laurens County Airport.
