Arrest Alleges Triple Murder Attempt

     Attempts to Murder three men almost ten years ago were alleged in warrants served on a Laurens man yesterday. The Sheriff’s Office placed 33-year-old Falipae Montez Henderson of 58 Willow Winds Drive, Laurens in the Johnson Detention Center around 12:45 yesterday afternoon. He was served with three counts of Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill. Lt. Robert Plaxico states that Falipae M. Henderson did, with Malice aforethought shoot three men with intent to kill them. The shootings of the three victims allegedly occurred on Houston Street outside Laurens. The shooting reportedly occurred on November 18, 2004 and the warrants charging Henderson were sworn before a Magistrate on June 28, 2006, showing an address for the subject on Jackson Street, Laurens. Falipae M. Henderson of Laurens was held overnight in the Johnson Detention Center, pending a bond hearing.
