Educating the public on the dangers of prescription drugs and over-the-counter remedies is part of the goals of the “National Prescription Take-Back Day,” scheduled for tomorrow. Locally, students from the Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy will join other efforts across the nation tomorrow in this effort. Pharmacy school students will be joined by Pharmacists and the Drug Enforcement Administration in collecting potentially dangerous, expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. This collection will take place Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm in front of the School of Pharmacy at 307 North Broad Street, Downtown Clinton. This service is free, and all drugs will be accepted anonymously.
