Mary Frances Pinson Watkins, 90, wife of the late James Milwood Watkins, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Patewood Rehab & Health in Greenville.
Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late James Chester Pinson, Sr. and Mollie Thompson Pinson. Mrs. Watkins was retired from Wunda Weve and was a member of Eastlan Baptist Church.
She is survived by: a son Thomas C. Watkins and wife Gina Gray Watkins of Mauldin; a sister, Nell P. Tinman of Laurens; grandchildren, Brent and Craig Watkins; and great grandchildren, Greyson, Ellis, Will, Mckinsley, and Mariah.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was pre-deceased by brothers, Marion Pinson, J.C. Pinson, Jr., Young Pinson, and Floyd Pinson; and sisters, Helen P. Cheek, Pauline P. Gorman, and Wynona P. Bishop.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, conducted by Rev. James K. Hamilton.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service.
