A report of suspicious activity in a makeshift shed dispatched Laurens County Sheriff’s Lt. Marlon Higgenbotham and Deputy Todd Alexander to 778 Durbin Road at 7:27 yesterday morning. A man and two women were at the location, one of the woman reportedly inside the shed and the other outside in her wheelchair. Upon investigation, the officers allegedly observed materials that included two baggies of what was determined to be methamphetamine. The two women were released after the man reportedly admitted the meth was his. 54-year-old Jonathan Mark Fuller of 641 West Main Street, Gray Court was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. Lt. Marlon Higgenbotham states that on July 10th at 778 Durbin Road Jonathan Mark Fuller had in his possession two baggies of a white powdery substance that field tested positive as methamphetamine.
Bond was denied yesterday. Jonathan Mark Fuller remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
