No Thanks, No Drink for Me

Clinton Public Safety was dispatched to a convenience store a few minutes after midnight Sunday morning on a report of a customer urinating in public. Officers met with the clerk of the store who reported the man had urinated in a cooler which contained drinks inside the store. The “victim” who saw the incident didn’t want to press charges for Indecent Exposure. The store did want the 43-year-old Newberry charged with malicious damage to the drinks in the cooler, valued at a $100 loss.
