No Gun Involved, After All

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Bookroom Road between Joanna and Kinards at 8:52 yesterday morning on a report from a woman that her roommate was threatening her with a gun. Officers responded “code 3” due to the report of a gun being involved in the threats. On arrival at the scene officers reportedly learned that no gun had been involved. The caller reportedly told officers that she had said a gun was going to be brought to the alleged threatening party. 911 Dispatch conformed that the caller had specifically said there was a gun already in play. As a result, officers arrested the alleged caller. 20-year-old Alexandria Michelle Green was booked in the Johnson Detention Center listing an address at 513 Garrett Street, Fountain Inn. A warrant was obtained, charging her with Unlawful Use of 911. It states that on July 29th in Laurens County Alexandria Michelle Green did unlawfully use the 911 system for the purpose of annoying/harassing the victim and that she made false statements to a 911 dispatcher. Alexandria Green was released from the Johnson Detention Center yesterday on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
