2nd Violation, Court Order of Protection

The Sheriff’s Office yesterday arrested a Western Laurens County man on charges he violated judges orders to avoid domestic contact this past spring. 37-year-old James Richard “Jamie” Sullivan of 343 Mount Bethel Road, Ware Shoals was served with a warrant charging him with Violation of a Domestic Order of Protection. The warrant states that on or about May 30, 2014 in Laurens County James Richard Sullivan did knowingly violate a court order of protection, and that the defendant has a prior conviction for the same offense. A $1,092 cash or surety bond was set on the charge. “Jamie” Sullivan remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
