A Deputy was patrolling the area around the Laurens County Department of Social Services around 5:00 yesterday afternoon when he reportedly observed a 50-year-old woman hanging around the parking lot. The officer learned the woman was on trespass notice for the DSS office, and that she had been hanging around in the office since Monday. The homeless woman was arrested on a charge of Trespassing.
The Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a residence West of Clinton Saturday afternoon, where a woman reported her daughter came to her residence, in violation of a trespass notice. The daughter had been evicted from the residence. Yesterday, a magistrate issued a warrant for the arrest of the 34-year-old daughter.
