2nd Suspect in Traumatic Head Injuries

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrested a second suspect yesterday who is accused of an assault that resulted in traumatic head injury to another man last week. 26-year-old Seth Jeremy Pesaro of 337 Cannon Ford Road, Inman was charged yesterday with Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature.

A warrant states that an investigation by Deputy Boyd indicates that on September 5th 207 Mr. Pesaro intentionally committed an assault on the victim by repeatedly striking him about the head and face, requiring medical treatment. The act was deemed as aggravated in that the victim reportedly had traumatic head injury. His warrant noted a co-defendant from the alleged assault last week.

Seth Jeremy Pesaro of Inman remained in the Laurens County Detention Center overnight, pending a bond hearing.

22-year-old Austin Blake Ketterman of 1331 Denton Road, Spartanburg was arrested in connection with the alleged assault last week, around the 4th to 5th. Arrested Tuesday, the 5th, he has since reportedly been released on bond.
