Man & Woman Charged Probation Violation

South Carolina’s Department of Pardon, Probation and Parole yesterday charged a Laurens man and a Clinton woman with Violation of Probation.

33-year-old Kahri Quintarious Allen of 106 Holland Hill Court, Laurens is accused of failing to follow the advice and instructions of his agent, as evidenced by cited violations. These allegedly include failing to report last month on September 26th, failing to refrain from substance use by testing positive for marijuana and other substances on several occasions, reportedly evidenced by collateral contact with a counseling center. He also allegedly failed to maintain or provide proof of employment, failed to pay certain required fees and charges and failed to comply with court-ordered substance abuse counseling. Kahri Quintarious Allen remained in the Laurens County Detention Center overnight, pending a bond hearing.

44-year-old Crystal Rayneer Hughes of 1014 North Sloan Street, Clinton is accused of failure to refrain from substance use, allegedly evidenced by an August 3rd admission to the use of methamphetamine. She’s also accused of failure to obtain lawful employment verification to her agent, of receiving a new conviction in General Sessions Court for Possession of Meth this week on October 10th, and of being behind on required payments. She is charged with failing to follow advice and instructions of her agent, evidenced by these points. A $50,000 cash or surety bond was set during arraignment, and Crystal Rayneer Hughes remained in the Laurens County Detention Center this morning.
