Professional Park Covenant Restrictions

Laurens County Council this week approved an ordinance to protect covenant restrictions in the Professional Park, along Highway 76 between Laurens and Clinton. Ordinance #385 is to protect covenant restrictions and conditions for the Laurens County Professional Park, deemed necessary to enhance the long-term development of the park and to protect the investment of the citizens of Laurens County.

Council also gave approval for administration to request quotes for marketing the Professional Park. The area was initially considered for an Industrial Park, decades ago; but was converted to a professional park and selected in the middle 80’s as the site for the Laurens County Hospital.
