Inappropriate and unwanted touching earlier this year was alleged with a warrant served by the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office yesterday. 33-year-old Nicholas Adam Hicks of Crawfordsville, Florida was charged with Assault and Battery 2nd Degree. Sheriff’s Investigator Hunnicutt states that between February 14th and April 1st Hicks intentionally committed a battery upon a victim by fondling her breasts and buttocks without her consent. Nicholas Adam Hicks was being held overnight, awaiting a bond hearing.
