Two Charged with Probation Violations

State Pardon, Probation and Parole yesterday served warrants charging Violation of Probation for people held over the weekend for the charge.

22-year-old Adrecus Vonte Anderson of 23 Scurry Drive, Mountville was booked Thursday. He is accused of failing to report on September 19, 2018 and January 22nd, 2019. He’s also accused of changing residence without consent of supervising agent, as evidence by a home visit on March 22nd, 2019. Further, Anderson allegedly is behind in making required payments. Generally, his is accused of fail ing to follow advice and instructions of his agent. Adrecus Anderson is now being held for a Parole Hearing.

Booked Friday for a Violation of Probation warrant was 23-year-old Andrea Summer Storey of 239 Sweet Briar Road, Gray Court. The warrant alleges that she failed to report to her agent on November 14th and 19th of 2018 or any time since. She allegedly changed her residence without consent of her agent to an undisclosed location, thereby absconding supervision. She’s also accused of failing to provide proof of employment or to maintain employment. Ms. Storey is also allegedly being on fees she is responsible for. She is also accused of failing to comply with court-ordered substance abuse counseling, failing to comply with a court order to obtain her GED. Generally, she is accused of failing to follow advice and instructions of her agent.   With a cash or surety bond set at $35,000, Andrea Summer Storey remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
