  • Braves… Of course the Braves were off last night as the MLB All-Star Game was held in Cleveland… In case you missed it I’ll tell you that the American League All-Stars took a 4-3 win over the National League All-Stars… The American League All-Stars led 4-1 going into the top of the 8th inning when the Nationals scored 2 runs but could get no closer… The Braves Freddie Freeman started at first and went 0-1 but did draw a walk while Ronald Acuna Jr. started in centerfield and he went 0-2 striking out both times he appeared at the plate… The Braves Mike Soroka did pitch in the game and did not give up any hits nor did he strike out or walk anyone… During the game FOX had several players mic’d-up so that the commentators could talk with them and that was interesting… Freddie Freeman was mic’d during one of his times at bat… To see that click here… That sure would have distracted me…. For any other information you might want to see about the All-Star game, click here.
  • Tourist 9 – Drive 4The Greenville Drive started a 3-game series up in Ashville with the Tourist last night and it was not a good start for Drive fans as the Tourist took a 9-4 win… The Tourist led 9-1 going into the 8th inning when the Drive started a comeback but it was just too little too late.
