PC Season Football Tickets on Sale

  • PC has 6 home games this season and the first one is on Saturday, Sept 14 when the Blue Hose host Jacksonville.
  • Blue chair back reserve seats are only $90.00 for the entire 6-game home season.
  • Parking is $5 per game but season parking passes are available for $25.
  • Per game seating (subject to availability) is $20 per game for chair type seats bench general admission will be $10 per seat for adults and $5 for students.

Good Luck to Area All-Star Teams!

  • Clinton Minors All-Star team … Coach Jeremy Campbell and the 10U Dixie You All-Star team won the district tournament and went undefeated doing it… Tomorrow morning in Anderson at the Civic Center starting at 9 am and will be taking on Hilton Head… They will be playing again Sunday at a time to be determined by their game tomorrow… Click here to see the tournament bracket.
  • Laurens Little League (L3) … Meanwhile Coach James Pinson and his 11U team have been waiting for the state tournament to begin and their wait is over as they will take the field tonight up in Taylors at the Northwood’s Little League Fields … Their game will start at 6 pm and they will face Irmo which defeated Union 16-1 last night… Click here to go to the website where the tournament bracket is located.

  • BravesThe Braves were off again last night and start a 6 game road trip tonight… The d=first three games will be in San Diego taking on the Padres… The Braves are 53-37 as the start the second half of the season and lead the NL East by 6 games over the Nationals
  • Drive 6 – Tourist 2… The Greenville Drive were able to avoid being swept by the Ashville Tourist up in Ashville last night as they took a 6-2 win over the Tourist…. They outhit Tourist 9-7… They travel to Lexington Ky. to start a series with the Legends tonight.

Raider Youth Softball Camp… Starting June 10th and running through August 26th Coach Michaela Smith will be offering a FREE softball camp on Mondays for young ladies in grades 1-6…. There is no registration required and all you need to bring is your glove… Again the clinic is free and it is on Mondays at the LDHS softball field or adjacent hitting building from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm… If you have any questions email Coach Smith at: mesmith@laurens55.org

 

Clinton YMCA Summer Sports Camps, Swimming Lessons and Pool Schedule… The Clinton YMCA has a full summer of sports camps scheduled and again this summer they will be offering swimming lessons just about every week…. If you would like to see the full schedule of sports camps and swimming lesson as well as the pool schedule click here or see the posting in the Featured Sports section of our homepage… The next two camps at the Clinton YMCA are a Softball Camp July 15-19 for youth 7-14 that you must register for by 5:00 pm Friday, July 12 and a Volleyball Camp July 22-26 for boys or girls ages 7-14 that you must register for by Friday, July 19 at 5:00 pm…For more information on these camps click here or call the YMCA at 833-1555.

 

Laurens YMCA Summer Sports and Specialty Camps … Starting July 1st, the Laurens family YMCA will be having several sports and specialty camps… All camps cost $50 for YMCA members and $60 for non-members…. To see a full list of these camps click here and if you have more questions call the YMCA at 984-2621… You must register by the Friday before the camp starts. The next 3 camps are: Babysitting July 16-18 for youth ages 12-15 and Archery July 23-25, 9:00.-11:00 am, Ages 7-15… Ready, aim, fire! Campers will learn the basic skills of archery, shooting targets, and learned different styles of shooting. The camp will be instructed by Ed Prescott. Spaces are limited for this camp… Soccer Camp July 29-August 1, Ages 5-9 at 9-11 am, Ages 15 and up at 6:00-8:00 pm… Goal! Take your soccer skills to the next level!
