A Fountain Inn teen was being held without bond following a home break-in with malicious damage Saturday. Fountain Inn Police charged 18-year-old Tyler Charles Coley of Augustine Court, Fountain Inn with 1st Degree Burglary and Malicious Damage to Personal Property.

Coley is accused of entering a residence on Augustine Court during nighttime hours Saturday and of damaging items inside. He reportedly urinated on clothing of the victim that was on a couch and allegedly damaged a kitchen appliance by pouring wine and Sprite into a toaster.

He is said to have committed these actions while under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.

While a $2,500 personal recognizance bond was set for the Malicious Damage warrant, bond was denied on the 1st Degree Burglary warrant.  Tyler Charles Coley remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
