Two Violation of Probation Charges

Interaction with law enforcement was cited with a Violation of Probation charge served Friday. State Pardon, Probation and Parole served two warrants charging Violation of Probation on 37-year-old David Mark Joyce of Tony Creek Road, Belton. He is accused of changing his residence without consent of his agent, failing to notify the agent immediately after being questioned by law enforcement on June 3rd of 2020, when he was charged with Failing to Stop for Blue Lights, Reckless Driving, Driving under Suspension and Littering. Those charges reportedly came from Anderson County. Joyce is also accused of failing to make payments and reports as required by his probationary release from prison.

With a cash or surety bond set at $40,000, David Mark Joyce remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
