3rd or Subsequent Offense, Meth Distribution

A man arrested Tuesday by the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office on a Public Disorderly charge was served a warrant yesterday also charging him with 3rd or Subsequent offense, Distribution of Methamphetamine.

Deputy Amanda Alexander arrested 34-year-old Michael Blake Fowler of Lake Sunshine Road, Simpsonville late Tuesday night, issuing a ticket charging him with Public Disorderly Conduct at 11:03 pm on Bull Hill Road. A warrant charging 3rd or subsequent offense, Distribution of Meth states that he was in possession of an amount of meth that constitutions distribution, and notes he has two prior convictions of possession within the past ten years.

Cash or surety bonds set yesterday included $50,000 on the 3rd offense Meth Distribution and $257.50 on the Public Disorderly Conduct. Michael Fowler remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
