Timothy Spencer Murder Trial Begin Today

Today at Hillcrest Square Laurens, the murder trial of Timothy Paul Spencer of Anderson, will begin under Judge Hocker. Spencer is accused of killing Billie Jean Cross of Fairview Road in Fountain Inn, whose body was located in Starr, South Carolina. Opening statements will be followed by the victim’s mothers taking the witness stand.
