A man arrested Wednesday morning on two assault charges was served with a warrant yesterday regarding a third assault. The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office has served seven total charges on 35-year-old Travis David Weisner of Riley Lane, Gray Court.
Deputy Zachary Hampton initially issued tickets charging Weisner with two counts of Assault and Battery 3rd Degree along with Malicious Damage, Trespassing and Breach of Peace at 10:07 Wednesday morning at another Riley Lane address.
Travis Weisner was later served warrants also charging him with 2nd Degree Domestic Violence and another case of Malicious Damage Wednesday morning. This reportedly occurred in the presence of a minor. He is further alleged to have done damage in excess of $2,000 value to the victim’s personal property by kicking and punching her 2019 Mitubishi Mirage, causing damage to the door and window. The warrant states that the victim was in the vehicle trying to leave the domestic violence incident.
