Domestic Violence 1st Degree Alleged For Waterloo Man

A Waterloo Man is behind bars for alleged Domestic Violence 1st Degree. Tuesday The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Carl Daniel May, Jr of Smith Village Road for the alleged offense. According to the arrest warrant on August 21sth he allegedly pushed the victim to the ground, kicking her, hitting her in the face and grasped her neck restricting her airway until the victim became unconscious. He and the victim cohabitate and are in a relationship. Carl May Jr remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning with a cash surety bond set at $25,000.
