Clinton Man Accused of Grand Larceny and Domestic Violence


A Clinton Man is behind bars for alleged Grand Larceny and Domestic Violence of a high and aggravated Nature. Wednesday The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Bradley Joseph McCoy of Locust Street for the alleged offenses. According to police reports on August 14th he was accused of threatening the victim saying he would blow the victims brains out. The victim had knowledge that he was armed with a pistol and while making the threat he allegedly reached into his pants pocket. Between September 9 and September 17 he was accused of taking away jewelry, shoes, clothing, tools and miscellaneous other household items valued at $26,676 dollars belonging to the victim without permission and with the intent to permanently deprive the victim. Bradley McCoy remained in the Laurens County Johnson Detention Center this morning with a total cash surety bond set at  $30000 dollars.
