Man Accused Of Shoplifting From Wal-Mart 10 Times

A Clinton Man is facing Shoplifting Charges after apparently shoplifting from Wal-Mart 10 times. The Laurens Police Department arrested 24-year-old Kaison Quincy West of S Broad Street on Wednesday for the alleged crime. According to the arrest warrant ,West allegedly removed merchandise displayed for sale in Wal-Mart without paying the full retail value of the items. West intentionally  scanned barcodes belonging to items of lesser value then the items he removed from the store with the intent of  permanently depriving Wal-Mart of the full retail value of the items removed from the store. Apparently this happened January 14, February 2nd, 5th, 10th, 15th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st , 22nd. Kaison West remained in the Laurens County Johnson Detention Center this morning with a cash or surety bond total of $10,000.
