Possession Of Meth, Marijuana, And Violation Of Probation Alleged For Clinton Man

The Clinton  Police Department arrested a Clinton Man for alleged Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd offense, simple possession of Marijuana, and violation of conditions of probation supervision. 55-year-old Harrison Daniel Vance of East Ferguson Street was arrested for the alleged charges. On Wednesday Mr. Vance allegedly had in his possession a quantity of a crystal rock type substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine. He has had at least two prior related drug convictions. He also had a small quantity of marijuana. These incidents occurred on Gordon Street located in the city limits of Clinton.
One of Mr. Vance’s arrest warrant which dates back to September of last year, also states that he allegedly had been failing to report or make contact with the Laurens County Probation office. Harrison Vance remains in the Laurens County Johnson Detention Center this morning.
