Domestic Violence is alleged for a Waterloo Man. Wednesday the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old, Brandon Roger Owen, of Dillard Road for the alleged charge. According to the arrest warrant, Mr. Owen allegedly caused physical harm to his victim, who he previously cohabitated with by placing her in a “choke hold” and that this act was committed in the presence of a minor. Brandon Owen has since been released from the Laurens County Johnson Detention Center with a paid cash or surety bond total of $10,000.
