Greenville Arrested For Alleged Drugs Possession & Unlawful Carrying Of Pistol

A Greenville Man was arrested Wednesday for alleged Drugs Possession, Unlawful Carrying of Pistol, and Possession of Firearm by person convicted of violent felony. 29-year-old, Donald Lloyd Spinner, III , of Standing Springs  Road was arrested for the alleged charges. According to arrest warrants, May 16th, Mr. Spinner was allegedly found to be in possession of an amount of blue round tablets imprinted “V48 12” . Based upon training and experience of law enforcement, the tablets are not of pharmaceutical grade and are a mixture of Heroin and Fentanyl. This substance was found to be in his shoe. Mr. Spinner allegedly had in his possession a 380 caliber handgun in his back pocket. He Was not Supposed to be in Possession of a Firearm being convicted of Assault and Batter 1st Degree, a violent crime, in 2012. Donald Spinner, III has since been released from the Laurens County Johnson Detention Center.
