The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Clinton Man for alleged Unlawful Communication. 63-year-old, Robert Arnold Harris, of Fuller Road was arrested Thursday November 17th for the alleged charge. On June 28th, Harris allegedly called the victim repeatedly for the purpose of annoying/harassing the victim and her family. He has conditions set on June 22 to have no contact with this victim. Robert Harris has since been released from the Laurens County Johnson Detention Center.
