A Laurens County Deputy Sheriff charged a man with a Breach of Peace that
was alleged to have occurred last Thursday. The simple Breach of Peace incident was alleged to have occurred at 2 o’clock last Thursday afternoon on Apple Orchard Road, South of Clinton. An affidavit of Probable Cause states that the 27-year-old Waterloo area man disturbed the normal peace and tranquility of a residence on Apple Orchard Road by engaging in an altercation with another male. He was allegedly screaming, cursing, and throwing items in the front yard, for everyone to hear and see.
The citation charged the Waterloo man with Breach of Peace of a Non-Aggravated Nature.
