MAN AND WOMAN ACCUSED OF UNLAWFULLY PLACE A CHILD AT RISK

A Man and Woman with the same address was recently arrested and both charged with two counts of Unlawfully place a child at risk of or cause harm.53-year-old, David Robin Wicker, and 48-year-old, Kimberly Dawn Wicker, of Hawkins Circle, Joanna was arrested for the alleged charges. According to the arrest warrants, the two are accused of allowing children to stay in deplorable conditions, such as no running water in the home, animal feces and urine all over the floors, water damage to the ceiling to the point of ceiling falling in and a great amount of roaches and spiders throughout the home. David And Kimberly Wicker were both released from the Detention Center November 11^th with a paid bond.
