Heath Copeland Jr Named New Chief Of Laurens Police Department

The New Chief of the Laurens Police Department is Heath Copeland Jr. Mayor Nathan Senn held a press conference Tuesday to announce the official appointment of the current acting Chief of Police, Heath Copeland to Chief of Police . Copeland served as acting chief since early March and the departure of Keith Grounsell. Copeland has spent 24 years of service at the City of Laurens Police Department.
