Laurens County Council approved on first reading, Ordinance 968, which is temporarily known as, “Project Onward!”
This project will approve a special source funded proposed new housing project in the area of the former Watts Mill.
Many details will still need be worked out, including feedback from school districts and other needed services if the project is finally approved.
