Abercrombie New C.O.O. for GLEAMNS

A new Chief Operations Officer has been named for the GLEAMNS Human Resources Commission. She is Jennifer Abercrombie, who is the former Executive Director of Laurens County School District 55’s Department of Teaching and Learning. Other leadership positions she has held in District 55 include Principal, Assistant Principal, Early Childhood Coordinator and Title 1 Facilitator.

 

On her new leadership role with GLEAMNS, Jennifer Abercrombie said, “I am honored to join GLEAMNS human Resources commission as chief Operations officer and to contribute to an organization that is deeply committed to empowering families and communities. My purpose is to advance our mission to deliver quality services, assistance, and opportunities to eligible customers emphasizing education, employment, and the development of self-sufficiency.” She continued, “Working alongside the dedicated and talented staff, I will continue to build on our strengths, innovate our programs, and forge stronger partnerships to create lasting, positive change.” Jennifer Abercrombie concluded, “I am confident that together, we will continue to make a significant import on families and the communities we serve.”
