The Advisory Council for the South Carolina Recycling Market Development is scheduled to meet this morning at a plant on Fountain Inn’s Industrial Blvd.
Anna DeLarge from the South Carolina Department of Commerce is to give a report on the economic impact of recycling. She’s also to introduce Representative Mark Willis of Fountian Inn, who represents parts of Greenville and Laurens Counties in the State House.
The meeting is to include an overview and tour of United Catalyst Corporation on Industrial Blvd.
The Recycling Market Development Advisory Council’s next meeting will be near the coast, in September, to be held at the Horry County Solid Wate Authority.
