At last night’s Laurens District 55 Board of Trustees Meeting, Superintendent Jody Penland announced the October Schedule.
On October Thursday October 3 and Friday October 4th, the Intercession Planned has been cancelled and there will be no school for students and teachers, with some professional development.
October 7-11th will stay be the fall break with no school, but the 240 day staff will have four extended days on Monday – Thursday.
On October 10th the South Carolina State Report Cards for School will be released, and the results will be announced at the October School Board Meeting.
