The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office announced charges for a man alleging an altercation in the Kinards area of Eastern Laurens County last Thursday. 36-year-old Charles Michael Arrowwood of Fairview Church Road, Kinards is accused of 3rd Degree Domestic Violence. He’s accused of causing physical harm to the victim by grabbing her by her waist, dragging her to the ground and biting her on the thigh. This reportedly caused pain and suffering. This incident allegedly occurred in front of the residence on Fairview Road September 26th. A cash or surety bond on the charge for Mr. Arrowwood was set at $10,000.
