- Class 4A Upper State RPI… I think most Raider fans know that the teams making the playoff sin Class 5A and 4A this year will not be done by region standings alone… They ae using the RPI system as determined by MaxPreps ant the top 16 teams in the upper state and lowers state will ,make the playoffs… Below is the latest RPI for the upper state 4A teams… You will note that Laurens is #16 at this time and would make the playoffs if the teams were selected today based on this present RPI… However, a loss to Fountain Inn Friday night could put the Raiders below the “cut line”… That is why I want to encourage all the “true” Raider fans to make plans to come out to KC Hanna Stadium tomorrow night to cheer the Raiders on as they try to “lock down” a playoff position…. Note: the arrows and numbers beside some of the teams indicate that they have moved up or down and by how many positions since the previous RPI.
