Tommy Wayne McWatters
Another Friday arrest led to charges of Violation of Probation. State officers allege that 51-year-old Tommy Wayne McWatters of Francis Street, Clinton violated special conditions of his release. He is accused of failing to report to his agent on multiple occasions as well as failure to complete substance abuse counseling and to pay required fees. Tommy Wayne McWatters remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
